Biography

Mr. Davys Marvell MACKAYA MAVOUNGOU is a Legal Advisor at Pathy Liongo & Associates Consulting law firm, based in the Republic of Congo, since March 2022.

He is currently a member of Pathy Liongo & Associates, an international African business law firm with offices in the Democratic Republic of Congo (Kinshasa, Matadi, and soon Kolwezi), South Africa (Johannesburg), and the Republic of Congo (Brazzaville). He currently works as a paralegal attached to the Coordinator of Pathy Liongo & Associates Consulting, Brazzaville branch.

Prior to that, he worked as an associate attached to the Coordinator of Emery Mukendi Wafwana & Associates, LLC (“Cabemery”) as a legal assistant.

He is also an associate at the Directorate General for Large Enterprise Taxation (DGE).
