Biography

Mr. Robin BEYA KESHI is a Lawyer admitted to the Kinshasa/Bar Court of Appeal of Kinshasa/Matete in Democratic Republic of Congo since 2019.

He practiced for Emery Mukendi Wafwana & Associates, SCP ("EMW&A"), an international African law firm with offices in Democratic Republic of Congo (Kinshasa, Lubumbashi and Matadi), South Africa (Johannesburg), Republic of Congo (Brazzaville) and United States of America (New York).

He has also worked for the same firm as a reader of the JuriAfrique and Juridoc journals, a scientific legal platform based on the publication of scientific papers on business law.

He defends national and international clients in legal disputes before the Congolese courts. He advises and assists also national and international clients in various legal transactions relating to labour law, public procurement law, digital law, public-private partnership contracts, mining law, customs law and hydrocarbons in Democratic Republic of Congo.

However, he is also an Assistant at the University of Kinshasa, Faculty of Law, Department of human rights.

He holds a bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in local public law and a professional master's degree in human rights and international humanitarian law from the University of Kinshasa. He is currently a PhD student in human rights at the University of Kinshasa, Faculty of Law.

He is fluent in French and English and works in both languages.
